One of the worst company I have ever worked in my life. They make you slog for 15 to 18 hrs on a daily basis without paying any kind of overtime or allowance. There is no employee motivation. On the General Manager- Davinder Munjal is one of the worst ever Senior Management I have ever met. He doesn't know anything about the profile of the work and he will just keep on interfering in your work and mentally harass you like anything. The management has changed and the new management only wants to fill there pockets without by exploiting the employees.

Didn't worked here, got a call for interview.. the salary package they have told me earlier was very good.. post interview when i got selected they suddenly changed their statement and decreased my salary package to 30% of what they have committed earlier.. can't trust these type of companies.. pathetic behaviour.. I have submitted resign from my current company due to their company and now thay are denying from their company.. don't trust them guys..

Likes

The staff, colleagues, peers were good during my work period. The process training was good. The work atmosphere is good enough as the teams are very cooperative.

Dislikes

The Salary, Benefits & specifically appraisals lagged a bit but the company is good other than these aspects.

Only salaries are paid on time. That's it Company is good for fresher who wants to start their career but I recommend to work here not more than 1 year.

Work policies are very disgusting. Do not work in night shift, tell manager to allow for 9 to 5 shift only so you will get more satisfaction, otherwise you will get more anxiety during the work.

...ave job. 4. M and B abusive words are taught by Sr. manager. 5. According to Sr. manager company pay us for work to do, and salary pays to Sr. Manager to have his holidays.

Insurance is for top banana as their mon n dad are precious. And employees who works for production are useless and they do not have parents. Quattro I don't like.
