Nothing . I personally advice employees and people to please seek company where you get salary and not get cheated for it, there is no defaming of employees, no abuse, no court litigation threats, no family blackmailing, and place where you can say that you work in an ethical and legal workplace . This advise is not specific but a lot of companies these days in Delhi, haryana and punjab have made it a business to exploit and loot employees. I read the employees feedback below in section and that reveals much about the company and owner.

Overall company is good, having some issues, which are obvious in a growing company. Owner Mr. Rajat Sharma is an intelligent person and he has tremendous power of convincing anyone having capability to give any solution

Sometimes, get salary little late like 11th of 12th of Month and during leave if you are leaving company at good notes, then he will provide all your dues even you had resigned before getting salary. Work there if you want to learn because spoon feeding is not there

...at last you get nothing 3 months expense hold so that people stay in company Repeatedly you have ask for your salary If a person can't visit a account - you get termination letter People post on it - but they delete it as it but bad impression Never ever recommend to anyone No working hours n days n time Travel time is not included in working time

Rajat Sharma very cheap person always abuse employees and don’t pay any salary and expenses you occur from your pocket even the stamp papers I purchased from my pocket he pay nothing Cheap guy and also Somnath Sharma is also cheap And make fake promises to everyone regarding salary, development and job security I request not to join this fake and cheap person
