The best part working here is there is a good amount of exposure, the importance given to the continued learning and the opportunity to contribute to the new ideas/initiatives. The work environment is very friendly and people do look out for each other time and again which is a rare thing to have these days

Dislikes

Sometimes you may get overwhelmed with the excessive traffic due to multiple corporate parks in the vicinity, which is very common in Mumbai. But flexible timings does help to plan your commute accordingly.

I cant thank the management enough for being supportive and cooperative during each phase of my pregnancy and even after the birth of my twins. You rarely find companies these days who support their employees in rough times especially when the whole world is facing a pandemic, quantinsti has given me the vaccine of hope, professionalism and teamwork, which I will always remember. Thank you.

Management is 100% Supportive, Good Culture, Nice People, Encourages and Supports Self-Learning, Good Collaborative Environment, CEO has a good vision and always shares Company's performance with everyone, HR is also supportive.
