1. People are very very polite, they give respect to team. 2. Very huge projects, lot to learn. 3. We know what we are building. We know end. 4. Very structured org. 5. I was satisfied with the work i am doing at quantela.

1. No promotion or salary hike. Worked for more than 1.5 yrs. 2. Sometimes workload on squad leaders. 3. No 1:1 call with mangers to understand your progress. 4. Sometimes weekend working.

There is nothing such that is to like while working here. No job security. First and foremost these people violate Labour Rules which are to be followed by every firm. So freshers please if you get any opportunity from here, be careful.

... you can dislike about this place. We were promised to be provided by increment. Leave increment, we never got the salary which was being promised to us while we were recruited. All of these are liars, rather you say the top most authority to the bottom most authority. Every damn person here are bloody cheapeners. And if any female wants to join here, I would suggest please don't, I faced harassments from the immediate higher authority, that guy called me day in day out, and tried to get cosy. I request female candidates please don't join this place if you get any offer from their end.
