No proper work timings , people use to work for 13-14 hrs . Too much work pressure . No work from home option . Zero work life balance .. whole week goes in work and sometimes have to work weekends

There is no learning scope and will not give priority below lead designation employees. They want us to earn more money from the resource due to that they will not allow to take personal emergency leaves. Please don't prefer this company if you want work life balance
