The best thing which I feel is learning opportunities. Average growth in terms of salary growth.

Average salary growth and promotion. Difficult to switch projects if someone is working for long term in same project.

They did best support during pandemic like providing laptops n dongle. Even during pandemic salary was on time. Different upgrades courses was available to employees. Courses where allocated as per the job profile which was quite good, after completing the course employees where paid for it.

Dislikes

The only problem is growth is slow, if an employee is settled for 1 client they won't change the client or give any growth. Employees will be with same designation for longer term

Salary not good but company arrange social event like blood donation etc is good. Environment is normally good.

We are only 2 person in team and reporting manager. But my teammate not completed daily work in his shift so all first to last pending goes to my shift. He also not come proper shift time but leave office without intimate. He daily pending his all works. I compaint reporting manager but he was not take action on this person. Not good work management.

Limited professional development programs, career advancement.Lack of mentorship and guidance for employees.No clear roadmap for growth, promotions.No recognition or reward programs for hard work.Lack of leadership skills and micromanagement. Inconsistent decision-making and favoritism. Poor conflict resolution neglect of employee concerns.Toxic work environment.
