...room for learners and seekers. Worst HR department. They grow like 2x in a year. And pay you like 10% a year. Un motivated staff. Completely non technical way of working. And a lot other that I can't mention.

1. One can learn here as it opens wide range of manufacturing Process. 2. Team is cooperative with good Understanding in department. 3. Flexible timings. 4. Independent Work 5. Working on advance techniques and adapt new technologies 6. Interactive training sessions

Dislikes

Unfair HR rules are imposed on employees. No Salary hikes and promotions for existing hardworking employees. Management is being run by selected people as per their own wish. No fixed criteria for growth of employee WORST EXIT POLICY AND CULTURE

I had wonderful working experience at this organization I've learned so many things in such a very short span of time. Great working atmosphere

Insubordination is too high due lack of control of top mgt., people working for long time doesn’t accept new people, nepotism, groupism, biased team mates & top mgt., fear is in top mgt regarding loosing old stub born people
