The HR is not even a human. Nothing to like much in this company. we will be getting salary for 6 months in a year and other 6 months will be pending. it is good to freshers but not good for experienced guys

Worst place I been worked. Getting 200% work and zero salary. I can see many guys having salary pending for 18 months and more. Both staff and workers are treated as slave here.

The company is open to innovation and readly adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that market releable, high quality product and has a global client base . As a result. I get traval abroad, especialy to oman. Another plus is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the emplyee re hire policy.

I did not like anything about the company.

Dislikes

Company is highly dishonest in fulfilling its part of obligations. Infact, my full and final payment is not yet released. It's been 4 years now and I am yet to receive any communication from them on this subject. I would seriously recommend to stay away from this company.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
