...us segment of the company. Noticed every day expats were returned there country. Some of self desire, some company give there force leave due to unable to pay their salary properly. Very much politics over there in company. Reason? Some employees are not perfect their position yet they are handling & misuse their power. I realized that maximum employees earned money from company any how but didn't give feedback properly. Didn't try to grow company improvement. Work environment was very poor. First management altime poke their nose when anybody want to do something new & good, second immigration & police disturbing all time as I mentioned earlier. Innovation ideas was there but thefting was very much over there. And also management was not good, no systems over there. Just I found maximum expats went there just for earn money no proper profitable feedback to the company. Just destroying company property. A skilled employee will forget his work & skills who will join this company right now. Work life was not good over there. Thank you.

Everything was Excellent, along with Salary and other profitable sources with a job. Personal growth family growth, travels and learning about the new system, all are excellent.

Dislikes

Only strick policy from CFO & CEO office which has to be fulfil with any huck & cruck on weekly basis.

A company with great history and potential to do good but is all confused about what it wants to do as a core business, presents opportunities under certain conditions. Nice city, nice food, etc.

Dislikes

Confused as I said! It needs direction, stable leadership, "whippong them to perform" can be no reason to employ mostly Indians, Gujratis...are they so low? Wish QG POSITIVE AND GOOD CHANGES, READY TO WORK AGAIN if they will trust me to energize all that in a leadership role! Many thanks to ownerships...I faced no troubles at all.
