... make excuses of lockdown Corona ,and compensate it giving you WFH facilities. Seniors struggling since 3 or more years are still at the basic pay as of Freshers. No. of years are not counted for increment instead director examine your personal knowledge asking you typical questions and then decide if you'r eligible for 2-3k of increment or not. I worked under team leader whose salery was less than of mine.(fresher)

owners are goods. cafeteria is good. salary's on-time other senior officers like Nitin Jain sir is very good.

odd hours e mail and whats app revert expected by the seniors. extremely high pressure on normal daily tasks. and no support and guidance from reporting officers likes D. Srikant who dud not any one under him could get stable in the company.

No promotion, Expenses not provided after work , when you are in trouble nor office staff help , No skill development course/ training provided by company / seniors , After completion of site,manager said that if site comes than I call otherwise go to home , When you call to upper level officer than he drop the messege, call you later

Working culture, Poor professionalism, compromised salary , no defined process in operations . Very poor work life balance .. employees are forced to work on festivals and weekends including Sunday's.
