In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. owners are goods. cafeteria is good. salary's on-time other senior officers like Nitin Jain sir is very good.

Dislikes

odd hours e mail and whats app revert expected by the seniors. extremely high pressure on normal daily tasks. and no support and guidance from reporting officers likes D. Srikant who dud not any one under him could get stable in the company.
