There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. they don't complete their commitment

1. Management is poor. 2.self respect is zero against director's. 3.work life balance doesn't matter, money is everything for director's. 4. stability of staffs is zero. Specially store and purchase department is very poor, no permanent responsible person particular in this departments hence other departments struggling each day due to this reasons. 5. Raw material availability and on time purchase doesn't matter for this company. 6. Knowledge of Technical manager is equal to Helper.
