... company shall never change because they donot follow ethical business practice. Month after month this company not able to pay salary to their employees and staff. They are statutory defaulter of GST, TDS, P. TAX & Providend Fund. Requesting every body who will see my post kindly donot join this company. Never think to join.

A Paradise for the Lazy If you’re someone who enjoys doing the bare minimum while still collecting a paycheck, this company is perfect for you. Productivity is optional, deadlines are flexible (read: non-existent), and accountability? What’s that? Here, the less effort you put in, the more you’ll fit in. Meetings are mostly for show, and decision-making takes ages—if it happens at all. Promotions seem to go to whoever manages to look the busiest without actually doing anything. If you’re a go-getter, you’ll probably lose your mind trying to get things done. But if you’ve mastered the art of looking occupied while achieving nothing, you’ll thrive here. In summary: Hard workers beware. This is the place where laziness gets rewarded.

1. Salary Timings: Expect significant delays, as at least two months of salary will consistently be on hold. 2. Appraisals: There is no appraisal system in place, so professional growth and salary increments are non-existent. 3. Corporate Culture: The organization lacks a professional corporate environment. Decisions are entirely controlled by a single individual, and employee ideas are routinely disregarded. 4. Leave Policy: Leave requests, even in emergencies, are unlikely to be approved, and deductions will still be made for unapproved absences.

Salary date is just a joke. They will make u work for 45 days and then give a month's salary. Increment is also a joke. No bonus no incentives nothing. Work life balance is pathetic. U come to office by 10am and forget when to go home.
