Competitive compensation packages compared to the industry. The work culture is really very positive. Very high job security & have lots of projects. Great work-life balance.

Quale infotech is very small scale company where 50-60 people works and they deploy their resource to client location once employee get release from the client project same day Quale terminates the employee, there is no job security. Quale Management changes their policies without letting know their employee even they increase or decrease notice period when they want.
