They will use the people and throw out unless you are in good book with director or VP level. Everything is politics. Womenism - if your manager is women then your life becomes hell. They don't give respect

Working environment is not good. I see lot of politics in my area. They targeting one employee in all situations. I given feedback to higher manager but I don’t see any difference. Even there is no encouragement.

Good salaries Manageable work life balance (depends on the team though) Great job security (in Qualcomm India) Good culture Meals and cabs available Quite a big gym in the campus

...and QC doesn't easily let go of any employee. So, some people are enjoying Govt. job like job satisfaction with much better pay. HR needs to do a much better job in bringing the right talent to the hiring managers and also, in organising employee engagement activities.
