But just take it as an who hearted suggestion....... Create a flexible relation ship with the entry level employees which is like- do make the Group leads to give space for employees who is struggling or being low in their job also make them to support on their tough progression on a deal allow the team to do a combined closure other then money recognize their effort Personally Do motivate them by the recognition pay them at least Market standard salary Give them a Proper work culture which makes them to work Peacefully Dragging them like a Secondary school students is not a Ethical way of running a business, Supporting only your nearest down line employees(SBU) will not work .... this makes the company not to grow

Good and healthy management, Hospitality of management is excellent. Learning and appraisal is good when compare to other companies. Friendly HR policies Prashanth and Nagaraj sir great leaders of Quadrasystems. Loved to work with them.

Dislikes

...Shift : 9 am to 6 pm as per offer letter. But every one works more than 8 Pm . They not providing salary pay slip. That affects the employers who prefers change after 1 year of experience in quadra.

As a fresher good learning as well as fast learning, seniors give good guidance.

Dislikes

No benefits, like insurance leave bonus, no WFH as we expected no other learnings except you work for a team. No extra activities you can engage, only work!

Not a good company, very bad culture, no leaves, no insurance, money cuts in salary, no salary slip is given. One thing everyone in management in this company do easily is lie to employees and lie to customers.

We can learn in Quadra.. such a good place for learning. You can learn the leading technology. You can work multiple angles. Perfect place to learn

After u got the experience... The won't provide the salary based on your experience. Ther is no proper policies. What they are decide on-time that's the policy. There is no calender visibility & HRMS portal. After office hours u should work. But the next day morning you should be on time. The hard workers and smart workers are not visible to the management.
