Very good for entry level engineers to get good exposure on industrial automation,panel wirings. Very good chance to explore Kerala, as the have sites all over Kerala and outside Kerala.

Need to improve Compensation for Engineering Staff. Sometimes the work pressure is high. I have to work more than 15 hours in a day if the work load is high.

Likes

It is a good team which assists you always and it provides support in all situations. It mainly does jobs based on panel designing and sub station automation. They do the work very carefully and neatly. They also provide maintenance and service in their work areas. Over all a good atmosphere to work and good friends to mingle with.

Dislikes

sometimes it gets too late and i miss my last train.
