The company is great to start-off your career into recruitment's. Peers are respectful and overall there is a healthy competition. People who perform are awarded not only with cash rewards but also promotions. Work life balance is excellent and it's a great place for folks like new mums or folks who want to start a family soon.

Salaries, Job titles don't match-up. Lack of spending on L&D. At times it can be very bureaucratic company in the way it operates.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
