Being a fresher, I liked the work life balance and the enthusiasm from the management in their communication. From the start, we had an open conversation about our mutual goals and being my first job, it was a great experience for me. Learnt a lot (albeit with plenty of back office work), but it's an experience I'll always cherish.

Perhaps the salary increments/bonus could be higher

Like the pleasant & Healthy atmosphere of the company. The staff & Directors are quite understanding & never fails to appreciate one's effort.

The company doesn't have five days office physical attendance.
