The inexperienced staff lacks knowledge about the technology they are working on. Quadb focuses only on blockchain, which is disappointing for someone looking to pursue a career in Web2-based architecture.

Good work life balance, really good colleagues, no toxicity at all, fun to work and learn from each other.

I was notified one day before, not even one day as a whole, and I got to know that I'm not being offered a PPO and that my time at the company was over only when I called the HR. They say there was some glitch, but I feel its more of an ignorance from my HR.

My experience in QuadB.in was awsome I have learned so many things, working environment also good & Special thanks to Mr. Litesh sir and Bandul sir and my team leader Sahil sir they all support me in my bad time & good time .
