Nothing.... Qspear don't even give salary on time to employees. Qspear don't deposit Income Tax on time, even after last date of ITR Filing. They have not deposit 3 years of PF.

Qspear dont give salary on time to employees. They dont deposit Income Tax even after last last date if filing ITR. They have not deposit PF of last 3 years. Very unprofessional HR, Admin and Accounts teams.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
