...f KPIs. The only con I feel is it's very competitive and difficult to grow here. Anyone who joins with higher position like 'manager' won't face much issue regarding salary though. But annual bonus is good. There is opportunity to get award and quarterly bonus for outstanding performance.

We are allowed to speak but most of the time, decisions are not made based on the group discussion. We are not realistic and are too ambitious, which leads to a fall in targets.
