Some of the account handlers are proper tools. They collude with the client towards their own social and professional benefit and cause the need for repetitively redundant work for writers. This means communications are VERY slow, and yet at the end of the day, improperly outlined work is always required to have been completed YESTERDAY. I have no idea why any sane person would hire such self-serving dumb@sses in the first place, unless it’s only because of them being easy on the eyes and ears.
