When I joined QPe, I wasn't confident enough to talk to customers but the guidance and support I obtained from the seniors, made me take on challenges in a positive way and i am consistently improving myself with that support. Learning every day and adding value to the businesses of the customers. If you really want to learn and grow, this is the best organization.

Learning everyday something new about the e-commerce industry. Opportunity to interact with the customers directly and understand their challenges and solve them, this is an amazing feeling to solve critical issues in tech. Overall, you learn a lot and environment is supportive.

Flexibility to share your ideas and try something new. This place is for innovative and creative people who likes to take bold bets, go all in and take responsibility. I personally have experienced this by applying my plans and got significant results from the marketing team. If you can't perform then this is not the place for you. And if you take the ownership in your work, this is the best place.

Consistent guidance and motivation from the founders. They are in direct touch with you to answer your queries and help you at every step. No hierarchy model and you will be given enough space to try different things.

I like the opportunity given to be creative, each project testing my core skills and learning new ones. Also, flexibility given to work on with different technologies.
