Love the working culture! People here are really helpful, collaborative and always eager to help you learn something new everyday. The work is challenging, and it enforces you to think a lot, and push yourself to your true potential. Love the team and working with them, I have never felt working under pressure working here at Qoulomb. Highly recommend anyone to join, especially those who are looking for personal growth, are eager to learn, and want to grow in career.

Honestly there aren't a lot of things, but yes since it's a startup not an MNC, expectations and dependability on very team members is high, and if things are a little more organised, it would be better. But I know they are working towards it!

It's Team. All of the individuals who work here are super talented and corporative. I also love the values that Qoulomb stands for and creating an impactful culture. My overall experience here is superb. I am glad I found this company; they've exceeded all my expectations.

We get to work on projects that challenge us, giving us a chance to grow our skills and knowledge. The work is also flexible and team is fun to work with.

The need to upskill is high. We are constantly learning and improving and scaling up, which can sometimes be a little stressful.
