QNT india pvt.ltd has best product quality & rates are also good but as a employee it's not a good place for work.management is not good & there is no job security.

As I feel that product quality is good of QNT but management & policies are very pathetic & there is no two way communication.Work culture is totally lala based there is no effective HR Policies,even they don't share holiday list to employees.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
