As a junior researcher I get to interact with a lot of other researchers in the same field and work with them, this provides a brilliant opportunity to learn and connect with other people. I have seen immense growth in my skills because of such projects. We tend to push ourselves to work with cutting edge technologies in quantum computing. Guidance from our seniors is valuable and much appreciated.
