there is nothing to like. if u want to be slave then go for it.. Managers like ankush have deteriorated the balance. They dont consider sick leaves.. won't allow u to take leaves ur PLs as per ur wish.. they assume that u dont have a life outside qi and behave like this was the least expected from us...

haha.. Everything.. the HR is horrible.. going to hire u at the lowest salary and behave like this is what everyone is getting.. owner of the company doesn't alcare about his employees.. after this mentally exhausted environment they challenge to be at ur most calm behaviour during lunch as well.. they dont think physiotherapist work hard to make the patients better.. still they give lowest salary to us.. the high pay are just there to keep check on revenue... very salesy and unprofessional.

...eated like shit. 2 poor salary+ increment, rather i can say no increment at all. No matter how much you work theirs no fair pay. 3 theirs respect for everyone but doctors. 4 alot of politics, partiality, favoursim, and toxicity 5 for assistants they say something else while hiring n when you actually get in and know whats your job gonna be its shocking; so the abscond % is high. In short they lie while hiring just for the sake of hiring. 6 poor infrastructure, ACs don't work at times, no bonus 7 working days are mon to sun for only docs, I wish the management some day come on the ground level to work 7 days a week. Compoffs are decided by the management only if someone else is on leave u can't take leave so sometimes the working can go upto 10 to 13 days continuously also. 8 no job security at all they fire doctors m left- right-centre , rather they conduct meetings to tell doctors that they can fire anyone anytime, no wonder as management doens't respect doctors then this is the only thing which is expected from them. 9 earlier the company was patient centric, now it's only revenue centric.

Salary is ok but don't know if they are paying that much to freshers because old employees are resigning in bulk

It is completely different culture there as compare to other health industry, the HR will never listen to you even if you're being exploited by so called TLs, no breathing at all and unerealistic expectations to make sales every hour else you can't log out and go home, they'll behave with you in such strange manner that you will worst slavery in today's modern time.

Company has no expansion plans.It was a rotating shift with one weekly off.They have two shifts 8-5 or 11-8. No holidays even on public holidays like independence day or diwali.Managers change every 2- 3 months. Process instability.No SOP.Dirty Politics.No Growth.

It's a place to learn new techniques and treatment strategies to improve the professional skills and have a very good work environment and colleagues.

Dislikes

There is no salary base for According to the Educational qualifications , clinical experience, and professional skills .if this takes a call - will be better for the working professional to lead further which will give external push to perform more well.
