Company has no expansion plans.It was a rotating shift with one weekly off.They have two shifts 8-5 or 11-8. No holidays even on public holidays like independence day or diwali.Managers change every 2- 3 months. Process instability.No SOP.Dirty Politics.No Growth.

Salary is ok but don't know if they are paying that much to freshers because old employees are resigning in bulk

It is completely different culture there as compare to other health industry, the HR will never listen to you even if you're being exploited by so called TLs, no breathing at all and unerealistic expectations to make sales every hour else you can't log out and go home, they'll behave with you in such strange manner that you will worst slavery in today's modern time.

If you are joining this specific branch as a patient counselor then here are the things you will get to see 18.5362° N, 73.8940° E As soon as you join be ready to experience dirty muddy politics done by the 2-3 Yellow heads who are sitting there and stealing creadit of others for years and they will surely introduce themselves as Some funny so called "Senior" position. 😂 If you are being yes women/man for those people then you are best person for this role and if you try to work hard but not in their favour then your appropriate feedback will be shared in a way that higher management which will get you in trouble. Now understand this this is not any single counselors experience this is what I have seen experienced and saw happening with many counselors came and left in front of me because of same reason. 1) Work hard but credit will go to your "Sinior" 2) Management completely aware about this so don't expect anything from higher management. 3) Beware of card plays as these toxic ones are really experts to play V & W card IYKYN..... As always some people in organisation are toxic and responsible for spoiling the culture but if you know how to tackle then no problem.

There is no salary base for According to the Educational qualifications , clinical experience, and professional skills .if this takes a call - will be better for the working professional to lead further which will give external push to perform more well.

... They even work on Saturdays. And sometimes work even trickles down to a Sunday. That means all work with less pay. Advice to top management- Get off your high horses and get down to work!!
