Politics, unsupporting Staff, Senior & TL. No career growth. Low salary. Late sitting. Parsialty. Lack of experience in department heads.

For freshers it's good company but there is no growth of salary .Designation will be increased but salary remains same. One time food and two tea times.

No hike in salary. There is no difference between casual, diploma and btech students.

The learning opportunities for a fresher or experienced employee is good. The senior person is also having good behavior.

There was no salary increament and no promotion opportunity provided. That is soo bad for an Employee.

Only batter for 10th pass to 12th pass people. Not for engineers.

It have any drawback They are give the salary for b.tech candidates 13K CTC and there is no job security... In quality department MR. Jayarama Pradhan think don't grow any one because his job is come in danger zone when someone learn more then him.. so do a security guard job but not join QH Talbros. Its my opinion...
