As such there was nothing to like to be there. It was just an urge to get out of that hell hole at all means. Any B.Tech reading this review, mate if you are struck there, just work hard. Learn whatever you can there related to your work and get out.

...or BTech you are just a labourer. Even daily wage labourer earns more than that. Increment for you is 200-300 Rs in your in hand salary. Everything is there for union. Overtime is a joke there. They make you work even on sunday with a OT of 40 rupees per hour only if you do minimum of 2 hours. Food is ok and transport is also ok. Basically this is not a company just a Dukan run by Indian Lalas and their henchmen.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
