The management is not from the event background but they somehow manage to successfully complete the event.
Politics to make the management happy is one of the worst part of the company .
An employee will never know that there is a game played with you till the peak period.
You will be given warning letter with nonsense reasons.
If the company doesnt win a deal they release the stress by blaming the employee with a stupid reason which is not at all related to.
the system of making quotations formats ,bidding ,making measurement designs etc... eeps on changing every month.
There is no Job Security though they say to have it .
Its a nice place to work also the management is very supportive, when I resigned from the company, there is a notice period for 30 days, on my request they relieved me without notice period😍 also the didn’t give me the full salary😂
The organisation is good, however lots of changes have to be implemented, basically employees doesn't know how to treat HR, and how to behave. When I joined there a woman who was the head of HR department, the fascinating thing behind it, she doesn’t have any experience or background with Human Resources and it is one of the important reason for my resignation, the attitude towards the HR department was too negative for each and every employee.
