Some accomadation camps provided by qcon the food quality is very low and not hygiene. They have to focus on this .

Start with Salary its ok but not Good. Working time ia not fixed its always depends on work. As per my past expeeience in QCon it was bad with respect to timing. Because i use to work 12 to 14hour daily and very hardly i use to get work off. Rest of the system in compay is good. You will get good experience and many working links for carrier development.

Working Hours. I always hard a bad time with company timings on site. I use to work 12 to 14hrs without O.T. and work off day very hardly we use to get.

Good company. Payment,salary are correct and accurate. Companies policy is good. Qcon is one of the best company in qatar. I enjoyed working there. I can learn lot of things from there.

Dislikes

Company need to focus to managing employees in a good manner while doing shutdown. Shutdown have lot of employees. Lot of queues for paper work, training, food etc. This rush will difficult for employees. Please arrange and execute that in a good manner
