I worked in this company as a permit holder.this company give good facility and accommodation and time to time salary.

Nothing I unlike in this company.I always interested to do work but not get long job opportunity only got short term job

As we are working with the company from many years,I like the organization & management, during covid 19, the company was supporting with face mask / hand sanitizer / gloves & social distances maintained during site as well as in transportation, Thanks again to you All.

As we are working in this same company from many years but increasing in salary is very slow comparison to other company in gulf.

Salary will be paid on time. Compliance to safety is good. Clinic is available at site. And those who need consultation by a physician will be referred to company clinic in HO.

Some camps aren’t good and there’s no guarantee you will end up in a good one or not.

... shutdown. Their visa processing and accomadation arrangements are made in time. Salary paid on time wihtout any delay.

Some accomadation camps provided by qcon the food quality is very low and not hygiene. They have to focus on this .

Good company. Payment,salary are correct and accurate. Companies policy is good. Qcon is one of the best company in qatar. I enjoyed working there. I can learn lot of things from there.

Dislikes

Company need to focus to managing employees in a good manner while doing shutdown. Shutdown have lot of employees. Lot of queues for paper work, training, food etc. This rush will difficult for employees. Please arrange and execute that in a good manner
