HR team not checking to stations master. As they are making personal calls from SCR landline. Additionally, they will eat in the SCR they will drink tea or coffee. Third, they are listening music. I don't understand what is the use of CCTVs inside the SCR when your staff doing such activity which is not allowed. Not following grooming standard.

I like the way through which Doha Metro responds to issues and especially unattended or lost items.i have seen people misplace mobile phones and their bag's inside the train and immediately they realize in less than one hour they have what they had misplaced.
I like the effeciency of service's in Doha Metro.i once saw an empty paper bag inside the elevator in the platform immediately I went to find out what was inside the paper bag I coincidentally came a permanent staff who had come to find out what it was and he was coming from gold club in the concourse.the coordination, alertness, communication and sensitivity is 1st class.
One thing I didn't like about the company was employing people who didn't understand the basic commutation language- english.you work with guys who doesn't understand the simplest English language so communication was difficult with some guys.. next time please work with people who can communicate in English.
There os no upgrade for your skills or in position:. Just for the qatarians only allowed for certification and courses and even to upgrade positions title.. its not a company for future..
