Job security, All the employees ( Expats ) Work like dummies, with No smile, and no one is happy, They are expecting "Today will be my last Day job" Whoever is very close to the manager is safe until the manager transfer to another location.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...the job is on contract with a less basic salary compared with oil and gas field. Contractor who given offer letter which says every year salary hike but so far there is no such increments from their side. So this one is not a secured job for me.

The students at this school are delightful and make the job worthwhile. The financial package and additional benefits are superb and the local community a great place to be although for some, living on the West Coast can be a little isolating.

I have had little dealings with QP as a whole, the school is quite literally 'micro managed' - on first arriving staff were told that under no circumstances were they to contact any department other than school directly regarding issues or raise concerns. I was offered what sounded like a fantastic opportunity at interview and effectively promised early promotion, on arriving this couldn't have been further from the truth - I have been utilised as a cover teacher and not taught my subject. My previous experience has not been put to use in any way and I have had no further opportunity to develop professionally. Working hours are ridiculous and do not reflect contracts or other QP departments, despite being contracted until 14.30 staff are forced to remain until 16.00 two days a week (9.5 hour working day) favourably know within school as 'the teacher detention'. Many colleagues are in work late evening and beyond 21.00 completing endless directed tasks issued by SMT who are out the door much sooner. This school is an unhappy, toxic environment.
