Top Management do severe favoritism towards Locals and Whites, blindly ignore Indian Subcontinent welfare and promotions. Firing is also done in mass scale and clearly indicates removal of people from Indian Subcontinent even though replacement from small Arab countries or small countries like Philippines (no offence) are not upto the marks and mostly arrogant. Management has complete discrimination between technical (O&M; actual site working people) and non technical staffs sitting in offices with CEO (Finance, logistics etc). Technical site people are literally ignored.

I joined the Company for a single Site work that was Turbine and Compressor maintenance work. I felt that every single mamber of our team and other team work was working together to achieve the goal and no partiality was there between manager, Engineer and workers also. Gulf countries government industries are good place to work.

Dislikes

I felt that the work payment should be transparent for worker, contractor and company also so that all can get equal apportunities.

Very unstable job where there is no appreciation for good job but only personnel relations matters.Technical staff is having no respect.Their administation office and Lab is Over crowded but plant side they are managing with much less man power which is causing fatique.

Don't join if you have a job, Qatar Fertilizer companies hires the talented and experienced people and later they were fired just for the sake of organization restructuring.
