Many start-ups are being rolled out in India but most of them are unable to persist long and get collapsed. But it is surviving and growing because of its pleasant work life culture and friendly environment created by CEO Mr. Shaswat. CEO respects the dignity of the whole employee and He is very cooperative in nature. It is good place for the women especially they feel more secure and comfortable to work here. This company always use to take stake on the employee possessed with required skills and ready to pick up the thread in adverse situation. I especially thanks to CEO Mr. Shaswat who have always motivated and paved the way of success for me.

This company is third party content writing service provider. And it is startup. But they will fail soon if they will not mantain the corporate ethics.

...on building organization. Very poor support from the company to their employees. They are hiring so many SME to just finish oof the projects and when any SME ask about salary they are giving excuses and always figure out that how to deduct the salary of the employee so that they can take more benifit and can save the fund. They mentioning good salary in the job description but when join they are giving impossible targets.so that they can deduct your salary and can take out the more and more work from you. So i would it's a scam that they are doing. This is company insights that i said and it's honest review.

...f the advanced questions right". As if he can solve even one in whole day lol. Salary deductions at every possible book and corner. Uninterested project managers from non subject background handling compex subjects from Science and Commerce. Useless management and HR team including the CEO. Only thing he cares about is maximizing the number of questions from SMEs, which is fair and all but you gotta take care of your newbies to get them upto the speed. They cut salaries of newbies like they're a fraud. While they're just learning and increasing their production consistently. In the end everything is connected to number of question. They don't care about quality at all apart from a few random meetings where they'll try to scare SMEs by not paying salaries. A bunch of crooks is what they are. Join if you want some realtime experience of how bad the employment condition is. Never expect much and never overwork for them. Keep working on your backup. Trust me, you don't wanna get stuck here.

...nd then pretend to be all knowing and almighty blaming you for all the problems. The salary you get is 20 days delayed (Means the salary of January will be credited on like 20th February) and that too might be incomplete based on the whims of the Managers. They try every trick in their books to make the SME work hard (client pressure, learn from your peers etc etc) and out of the subject they were initially hired for (you'll get hired for elementary subjects and then will be pushed to work on advanced subjects for the same measely pay). You need to listen to all their demands but they won't even bother to reply to your texts. Overall, it's better to stay out of this hostile situation which just increases the stress unnecessarily. I loved to solve the questions but dealing with the management here is cumbersome process. They lie at you face and in every sentence. Only join if you want to experience literally anything and have no other opportunity. Keep in mind that you'll work for people less qualified than you and far less empathetic than you.

Lack of management. All their HR does is lie about everything and then when your salary arrives, you're told you are wrong and they never said those things. Biggest frauds of all time. Change salary structures without letting SMEs know. This job was a literal test of my patience.
