No learning only work pressure. Like, do the work at any cost. No job security and all the management are big lier. Fewer projects are ongoing. Last but important don't expect good appraisal even if you work hard.

Q3 edge is only good for freshers because there is not a job security for experienced. They don't have a projects and the office environment is not not good. At office time you don't talk with any employee. They don't have a team and they take a update 2-3 time in a day. What is the status..? They don't give a increment and office location is also not good. Zero work satisfaction and zero skill development.

I've been with Q3edge since 2010, working as a senior business consultant and it's been an incredible journey. over the years, I've been working closely with Mr. Amit, and it's felt less like working for someone and more like partnership built on mutual growth. Together, we've helped countless companies streamline their business processes and supported them through transformative journey. the collaborative and supportive culture here, especially from management, has been a key driver of success not just for me, but for the clients we've served. its hard to imagine reaching this point without that support and though its been 14 years, there's still so much more to achieve with Q3edge. I've been with Q3edge for almost 3 years and one of the things I really appreciate here is work-life balance. The company has strict timing for both in and out, so you know exactly when your day begins and ends, with no unnecessary overtime. And, off course no working on Sat and Sun. This gives you time to recharge and spend quality time with family. The environment here is structured and supportive, making it a great place to work, grow professionally and personally.

I've been working at Q3edge for 4 years, and it's been a great experience. we have a friendly team, and we work hard but also know how to have fun. There are occasional trips, and the work hard, party hard culture keeps things exciting. As a business Analyst I've grown a lot.
