Dislikes

Nothing much other than rotational shift, it was just my personal thing night shift had its toll on me so it's not their fault. It's hard to see growth that's not their fault as well. Mechanical industry is facing a major decline in decades.

...partment employees were approach is good. Standing order of our company is good. But the salary is not negotiable for the team leader. There is no way to get promotion if we work hard. There is also company politics they appoint who is being favor for them.
