i never seen such a worst company ever , senior staff (ladies) from ages they were in the company and our BDM Rahul will listen to ladies only he will take decision said by them full of politics , no growth , no new requirements to work .manager Rahul i never seen a such a idiot i dont know how he became BDM with out any knowledge into Staffing .

Company culture I had seen that they will give time to learn & practice, and assignments to freshers, after they will move to billing Work satisfaction Team lead support, in my team my TL is good person, he will help where ever we struck while implementing functionalities

Micro management We can't tell openly what we feel Some references candidates, who closed to management, they will share all information to management If they do not like you they will terminate by showing our working hours ( if that candidate had done well in project), salary ( if your salary is equal to 2 members salary) Some persons more show interest to know other members personal matters I do not know about company how it is now, when i worked, saw all these things

Work environment good but full of politics.. salary/appraisal given March but salary credited August/sep/Oct /Nov... Or next year.....!! Day & night shifts .... Working hours 10hours +, no cab, no night shift allowance. They want human machines... Not a work tension... Every day no job satisfaction (full of politics).. any one join in this company mostly stay in This company 1year ... because of politics..
