Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

I got the best opportunity through this consultancy but didn't expect that this consultancy will behave like this much unprofessional.

Dislikes

As soon as I started my work with client. they vanished somewhere there wasn't any single person to contact in regards of your salary and other things as well. I used to make contact through my cell phone they always tried get rid of it. they never provide me my experience letter as was promised by their end. they didn't reply even after back to back mails. It became hard to mention my experience in another firm without experience letter.
