After joining, the staff of this organization supported and behave in good manner.

After resignation, all the staff not solve my query. I had not received my salary and bonus till today .I had resigned at the end of July but still salary and bonus not credited. One of the acting hr black list my phone number because I had asked the reason of delaying my salary and bonus.

Job security is good, Salary on 7th of every month, Working culture is good, (Food provided by company, Accommodation provided by company and transportation provided by company if you work in solar industries)

Dislikes

Work hour is not fix, some times you have to work for 14-15 hours a day, Salary growth is not good, their is no leave policy its manage on site.

You will Never Get Paid on time Salary,Bonus. and others allowance.. Strict timing there is no schedule of working day..even sunday and holiday....

This is only hiring egency they only hire you and left at his business partner side

Salary on time, job security is there, management is helping nature but they get instructions from client company and as per them they help you.

Dislikes

No growth in salary, they have cut off salary above that they can't give as they don't have budget. They get salary from client and after deducting 5 percent they gave to you. So it's not there fault. They are third party company and they hire you for different clients. But to start your career and learn it's good for initial few years to gain experience.

I worked in pyome infra solutions for almost 3 years. And on time salary with Staff understanding also good helpful to grow and make your experience in this company. And here there is no yearly Bonus for candidates.

Negative thing is only about No yearly Bonus in Pyome infra solutions.
