...e is a no cafeteria and no gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are bad. Appraisal are unfair and they give bad salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
