Company policies are not good and they give salery for Engineer like as helperand give bonus every year one month salery, company HR is worst, not any knowledge how to talk to worker and engineer there is not respect in company.

In puzzolana machinery fabrication. Here they manufacturer of crusher's, mining, and construction machinerys. For freshers it is very good flatform to learn new things. Work environment is good, they will give benefits to the worker like Room and travel.

Salary is very low for mechanical engineer they give 9k, and increment will be onces in 2 years. Job security is very less

Puzzolana is best known for core engineering and delivering excellent solutions for aggregate and construction industry. Here we learn the work ethics, Managers are supportive and deals with every challenge comes their way. No company can give job security as much as Puzzolana has. Management is very good and helps employees to grow. Company policies are strict and are good for both employees and customers.

Salary is decent but appraisal system could be better to satisfy the current emplyees' needs.

In my point of view there is any good from here I am doing in this company just my surveillance

...s lot of politics and management doesn't give experience certificate and career growth is slow and then less salary and increments are doesn't give at period of time

All the seniors are cooperative and give their best experience to juniors. Enjoyed my working days with new challenges.

Dislikes

Salary package is not good. Faced communication problem as the most of the employees dont know any other language (not even english but they are MBA graduates) except regional (Telgu).
