12 hours working, deduct salary, no preventive maintenance, machines are in worst condition. They only use for 6 months and then told to leave company.

Company management is very good and helpful exept HR manager.

Dislikes

Company has to replace HR manager he is very harmful for company growth and employment. He is not capable for this position, his language is like un educated person.

Dislikes

Plant manager have lot of EGO. Plant manager harrass employees. So employee resign the jobs. Management need s to take action on this. So company will grow. Otherwise company will be finished due to plant manager behaviour.
