Worked only 1-2 days without offer letter. colleagues are friendly

...cted and delayed in offer letter, asked to come to office for KT and discussion. After 2 days again brought salary discussion and asking to join with lesser salary than pervious company. No trust in there words. initially agreed to give offer from purview, later changed to its sister company. Do not believe any thing until you get offer letter. what all discussion happened before you joining letter is waste.

... 3 months of my joining and gave me release without single day of notice period. Simply told like no positions in all of our 4 clients and also we can't give salary due to budget constraints.

Great place to work. But the environment is very good. Feeling more like home.

But the management is not good. They take time in getting things done. Even the management is not aware of what they are doing.

I Choose not to join the company after inquiring India, UK and Scotland.

Do not fall in their trap for Northern trust / Accenture projects. its a fake company with no experience in Northern Trust / Accenture projects. HR are completely manic and will beg you for anything plus offer you onsite opportunity at Scotland etc. Do not leave your high profile jobs for small companies like them because of this fellow i lost my job. The most epenthetic thing was after clearing all the rounds i submitted all the necessary documents to them but after that there was no communication. When i tried to contact with HR they were started rejecting the call and avoiding the mails. LOL. If you are a job seeker and looking for job change please do not fall in their trap for onsite opportunity nonsense etc.
