Sometimes after 3-4 months, the salary is credited on 17th or 18th day of the month but from the next cycle they are back on track.

Good opportunity to excell in your career. Every site engineer is promoted to APM designation after the completion of the project and the project would usually last 1.5 to 2 years.

Senior staff commiment to maintain quality in the work would push me to my limits.
