Holidays are only on offer letter in reality they not approve our 1 or 2 days of leave also. If we take leave they will torture you on this. In the production department, girls are forced to wait till 10, 11 pm. Lots of politics happening there more than work. I have Very bad 1 year of experience with company

Promotion of gender equality . Skill development and goal oriented . Synergy between different departments and leadership.

The one area that could see improvement is a focus on Sustainable fashion.

Very Bad work culture. Extreme politics, unsupportive & insecure seniors, nobody knows what they are doing, new rules everyday, unorganised, no work life balance, they don't pay if you serve notice period. Do not serve any notice period, they will cut your money on false pretext. They harrass & threaten the employees. You can ask any ex employee.
