Joining this company was the worst decision I’ve ever made. The level of work is overwhelming, expectations are completely unrealistic, and the micro-management is suffocating. If you have any other option, I strongly recommend taking it. Most of the positive reviews you’ll find are clearly fabricated by HR, so don’t fall for them. My experience here has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

Likes

1. Never had I ever seen such a welcoming crowd in any organisation so far. 2. Work culture is their plus point always 3. Highly motivating upper management, there's no exaggeration at all. Experience it for yourself if you get a chance. (pretty rare to find this in most of the organizations out there.) 4. You get plenty of time to learn the skills required and aren't stopped from acquiring any other skills even unrelated to work. 5. Your work is always appreciated 6. Strong HR policies and all towards employee benefits 7. You get all the AU holidays (not Indian holidays usually) 8. Fun time is given enough importance as well, for employees to enjoy and relax a bit. 9. Full WFH during Covid pandemic. 10. You are completely allowed to log off on time. 11. Work week is Monday - Friday.

Dislikes

The work is so engaging & also demanding that sometimes you forget to keep up with your schedule for other activities like having meals / logging off on time. But this won't be a problem if you have a strong plan for your day to day activities and manage to wrap up urgent work within work shift.
